A mix of acting and dancing
How many people like to dance and when they do it they don't know how to take out all the potential they have, expressing and sharing what they are feeling.
This project was born for that reason and we have the following OBJECTIVES:
Connect with our body through Latin American dances.
To recognise what emotion the different genres of music make us feel and how we can live it and share it.
Enjoy yourself and the movements your body has to offer without judging yourself.
What are the benefits?
Dancing helps you to be more aware of every part of your body, to use them and connect them together.
The tools we will use from the performance will help us to lose the fear of dancing alone and with a partner and in this way be able to connect and express more each time you dance.
If you discover your own movements, you will also connect with your strength, your sensuality and your essence and therefore you will come out more empowered.
