Eloy´s World Teams is more than just a choreo project, is also a formation endorsed by "from the roots" what makes it unique in the world of dance. Eloy seeks to give you a full technique, information, documents and all that´s behind Babalú Ayé choreo in order to give you a full immersion and the tools to became a better dancer, teacher and choreographer. One of the Eloy´s idea is to enable you in the process and in the future to be able to use all the tools in your career in addition to perform with him and share magic experiences around the world.

METHODOLOGY
The most important thing is always "our students". We owe it to them, they are the people who trust us, who unconsciously leave in our hands the power to change their lives. Some of our students take dancing for fun, others for forgetting concerns, others in a professional manner; Whatever the reason, in the end, it is therapeutic for all of them and they are looking for happiness through dancing.
Therefore, it is important to take into account that they are people and they are all different, different personalities, tastes, ways of thinking and therefore a different way of learning...
In general there are 7 ways of learning:
To achieve a successful result and our students learn to dance, keep in mind that you may have to change the way of teaching several times until you reach the goal.
From the moment of the warm-up we can already begin to identify which is the most effective way to learn from our students, for this we have some tips:
- Always smile.
- Make eye contact.
- Remember the names of your students.
- Before starting the Class pay attention to:
1- Your student's mood.
2- If your student usually arrives on time.
3- With what type of clothing does he usually come dressed.
So you can get an idea of how to start.
- During Warming up pay attention to:
1- If your student Follow the rhythm of the music without being guided.
2- If your student follows your movements without you indicating how to do them.
3- If your student Follow the movements only when you indicate with your voice what to do.
4- Where is your student looking?
5- How is the reaction to each new movement you make.
So you can get an idea of how to continue the class.Examples of Class Structures1 HOUR CLASS:
- 5minutes for starting.
- 10minutes for warming up (make them happy)
- 10minutes for explanations
- 20minutes of practice while having fun.
- 5minutes of animation (including what you have taught) in a footwork class,
5minutes of social dance in a partner work class.
- 5minutes of Cooling down in a footwork class,
5minutes of MORE social dance in a partner work class.
- 5 to close the class always saying thanks you, congratulating them on the good job and clapping.
